Compliment your ‘on land’ conference by offering a fantastic off site dining experience. We can tailor make the evening to suit every need. Our launches can cater for large groups of up to 100 people or 160 if you raft two boats together. They offer superb comfort and impress all as you enjoy a dinner cruise and a splendid evening with the magnificent back drop of the mountain peaks of Tongariro National Park. Definitely a night to remember!
Sunset Dinner Cruise
The all inclusive package includes a four hour private boat charter, pre dinner bread selection & dips followed by a delicious buffet dinner. On board there is a full bar, Karaoke & music for pre & post dinner entertainment!
Our sunset dinner charter caters for 13 or more people at $108.00 per person
Luxury Twilight Dinner Cruise
The all inclusive package includes a four hour private boat charter, pre dinner Hor D’oeuvres followed by a three course sumptuous finger food dinner. On board there is a full bar, Karaoke & music for pre & post dinner entertainment!
Our Luxury sunset dinner cruise on Iridium caters for 20 – 35 people at $154.00 per person
Kiwi Barbeque & Lake Fishing Cruise
Jump on board for a real BBQ treat! There is nothing more tempting than cruising on Lake Taupo while fishing for Rainbow & Brown trout. You can do all of this while surrounded by magnificent scenery with the mouth watering aroma of your BBQ meal cooking. The all inclusive package includes a four hour private scenic boat charter, delicious BBQ dinner, fishing equipment, skipper and crew. Trout catches can be barbequed or served sushimi style with your evening meal. Our BBQ and Lake fishing extravaganza caters for 13 or more people at $100.00 per person
For all charters please note: Fishing licences are an additional $16.50 per fishing person, Skeet shooting is an additional $1.80 per shot, All of our launches are fully licenced and any catering options can be upgraded and charters can be tailor made or themed to suit.
Meetings on board
Half day meeting
This includes a four hour launch hire, one x tea/coffee & muffin break, water on the tables, organisers tackle box of pens highlighters and other essentials.
The cost for 8 to 12 delegates is $85.00 per person
The cost for 13 or more delegates is $71.00 per person

Catch your Kai - Lake fishing competition
There is nothing like a bit of healthy competition amongst colleagues. We can organise a fishing competition between your team of people on board one of our launches. This is a great way for people to work together in teams and achieve a goal of catching the heaviest Trout. Our experienced crew will devote their time to having the ultimate fishing competition.
Goals and Rewards - Kinloch Bay to Kawakawa Bay Hike & Cruise
One of our most popular packages… Wanting your team to work together and help each other achieve a goal and then be rewarded? Perfect for this purpose...set the goal of reaching Kawakawa bay via a 2 hour hike, then reap the rewards when our private Launch meets your group at Kawakawa Bay beach. You will enjoy a fabulous scenic cruise with a sumptuous buffet lunch & refreshments. The trip can include some trout fishing and time can be extended.

Kayak and then Cruise
Working together with Kayaking Kiwi: For groups of 13 or more this is a really challenging, exciting team event, lots of fun with nibbles included on the boat and there is an open bar for refreshments. Half of the group depart the tourist I site by van and then put Kayaks in and Kayak to the Maori rock carvings. The other half of the group depart by charter boat and make their way to the Maori rock carvings. At the carvings the two groups meet and swap over. Following this exhilarating experience everyone meets back at the Taupo Boat Harbour. Approx 4 hour round trip duration, nibbles can be upgraded to delicious finger food morsels
The total cost for 13 or more delegates is $126.00 per person
Smaller groups of 8 -12 delegates can kayak & then get collected by boat at a cost of $180 per person
Mountain bike and then cruise
Working together with Tongariro River Rafting: Try something really different…Cycle the adventurous Whakaipo Bay to Kinloch Bay track and then get collected by a charter boat. Lots of laughs to be had with morning or afternoon tea included on the boat and there is an open bar for refreshments. Mountain Bikers depart from Whakaipo Bay track at pre arranged time. The charter boat departs to meet the bikers at Kinloch Bay. Bikers get on board, where they enjoy a relaxing fishing & scenic cruise back to the Taupo Boat Harbour. Bikes & delegates are transferred to track start in vans. Allow 5 ½ - 6 hours for round trip including transfers.
