Wondering how to get your bikes from one part of the trail to another? Allow Chris Jolly Outdoors to handle all your transport logistics for you, be it via land or water. All you have to do is turn up with your bike and ride!
Chris Jolly Outdoors has just added a land bike shuttle (fits up to 10 bikes) which will provide a seamless bike shuttle transfer service from any access points along the Great Lake Trail.
The latest section of the Great Lake Trail, the Waihaha section, begins on the western side of Lake Taupo and finishes on the beach at Waihora Bay. This 30km section of track offers great riding through pristine native bush with breathtaking vistas out across the Lake to the mountains.
Let us drop you and your bikes off at your chosen access points and let us arrange for your water transfer on our Bay2Bay boat from Waihora Bay to Kawakawa Bay or Kinloch.
