You might like to mix up your Lake Taupo trout fishing experience with a little sightseeing or other activities on the side. Check out our packages which combines trout fishing on the lake with a helicopter scenic flight or a guided hike. Mini Lake Taupo Experience Package

This is a 4 hour experience which starts with a 30-minute helicopter scenic flight to Huka Falls, Mt Tauhara, over the geothermal fields as well as to the Maori Rock Carvings. Your chopper will land back at the taupo Airport and you will be driven to the Taupo Boat Harbour where you will board your 3 hour private fishing charter.

Kinloch to Kawakawa: Guided Hike and Cruise Combo

Our guide will meet you at your accommodation and take you by 4WD to the start of a spectacular two hour hike to Kawakawa Bay in the beautiful Western Bays. After your hike, you will board your private charter boat for some fishing and other activities as you cruise back past the Maori Rock Carvings back to the Taupo Harbour.
