It was our first time out on Lake Taupo and I think this is by far the best way to get to the Maori Rock Carvings and explore the lake. The scenery is amazing, especially the snow capped Tongariro mountains as the perfect backdrop. We were so amazed at the intricacy of the Maori carvings. The highlight for the kids was feeding the ducks by hand from the top deck of the boat. They couldn't stop buzzing about it! A highly recommended trip with Chris Jolly Outdoors.
